Crew,

Joy went off on her own, exploring the derelict and found something interesting, but what exactly she found, we don't know yet, but she is unconscious. We don't know exactly what happened to her, but she did have a strange glow around her. We will be beaming the away team back to the ship and directly into sickbay, the entire team. The Commodore will meet them there and make sure they each get a thorough exam to make sure they didn't bring anything with them from the derelict. We don't know what happened there to happen here as well.

After everyone is done in sickbay, we will have time to get the records downloaded and find out what happened. I am sure that everyone is curious and dying to know, not literally, what happened and how we can prevent it from happening again.

The Vulcan science ship that we called will be here within the hour to take possession of the ship to do a more complete study and take the three survivors to help them deal with their trauma. Then we must be on our way, to see if we can find anymore of these derelicts or the cause of making new ships into derelicts.
