Crew,

It is the next day. Science revealed a possible flaw with the mineral which those who found it and first tested it vehemently deny exists. So we are at an impasse as we have tests that show both results, the good with the bad. We are now two days out from the conference. Commodore Connor is back on duty and checked out by the counseling staff and everything appears to be normal with her, nothing different.

Each of the delegates now has a small sample of the mineral and have access to containment fields to run their own tests on the mineral. All supervised by both science and security with engineering on hand in case of accidents. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Tsuruchi and ch'Fairia continue with their testing of the mineral and they will be joined by Lieutenant Sineade Darnell to test engineering applications of the mineral.

For the moment, the delegates are behaving themselves, but security needs to be on their toes as you never know when that will end. And, to add a little extra spice into the mix, we have been informed there is a space storm heading our way. It could get interesting. Good luck to us all.
