After talking things over, the executive officer and I have come up with what we are going to do for Halloween this year. Commander House will post pictures of where the party is going to happen. It will NOT be a costume party this year, just a fun party and hanging out, talking, enjoying good food and friends.

Since we have so many cooks on the Aldrin, there is NOT going to be a menu. Instead, it's a cooking contest. Each crew member who wishes may make ONE dish and ONE dish only. Be it a chili, a stew, or a soup, cornbread, crackers, or chips on the side is okay. The drinks, dessert, salads, and sides are ALL being provided by Starfleet Intelligence, care of Admiral Killian Sylver. There will be a word limit of 10 words to describe your dish, including the cornbread, crackers, or chips as part of that 10 word limit. This is to be a party, not a contest of descriptions.

Invite friends and others who might want to enjoy a party as all are welcome. They follow the exact same rules. I will see if I can't find some impartial judges to come and pick a winner in the three categories: Most original, Spiciest, Vegetarian.

I am putting this out really early so that everyone has a chance to read it, get some ideas, pick what dish they want to make and what category they are hoping to win, and pick the words they want to use to describe the dish they are going to bring. Even if you don't bring a dish, come and enjoy some fun and relaxation and I promise, no ACTIONS, it will be strictly a party. And no, this is NOT a free sim.
