USS Aldrin Game Plan

Crew,

We made our escape from Sanctuary deep inside the nebula. But they are in crises at the moment, needing help to figure out how to rebalance their reproductive systems so they are able to naturally have male and female children again. Right now, only one in 10 babies born are male on Sanctuary. I guess if you are a male, that is good odds. But it's making the females desperate for more men. And the leaders are trying to get more males for choice among the females. We have informed Starfleet Command of the situation. We are also a day and half away from Earth now. Once we get there, Starfleet will take command of the Enterprise and get the needed information from there as well as what they uploaded from the planet, detailing the cure and how to clean everything infected with this plague. It also solved the mystery of that outpost they stopped at, it was burned down to prevent the spread of the plague by those living there themselves. The fire was able to kill the plague in the very soil.

So tonight, we will be heading back to earth. Those on the Enterprise can remain there or return and have some of the Aldrin crew spell them so they can see their families. The choice is theirs. The new mothers are all resting comfortable and all the babies check out healthy. And the Commodore managed to stave off labor and now that we are no where near the nebula, the pregnancy can finish out as normal. I think that means that for the time being, things are getting back to normal. But we will not be staying on Earth. As soon as we turn the Enterprise over, our presence has been requested back at Starbase 395 with all possible speed. Just so everyone knows. If you have letters for those on Earth, have them ready to transfer down for the short time we will be in orbit before we take off again. You will have probably 30 minutes.
