He looked to the side and saw Lt Kom Patral, one of his instructors on basic combat tactics from his 2nd year at the academy. He was a stout Brikar who was known to be funny just by being himself. He saw him across one of the small lakes in the quad talking to someone. He figured why not say hello::

::Helps them down and then walks with them to the nearest mess and helps them into high chairs and shows them pictures of what they can order and they pick sketti and garlic bread, a favorite and she gets them each a small plate of the spaghetti and garlic bread and let's them eat it and make a mess, enjoying it. She gets herself some roasted root vegetables, tempura shrimp, and fresh fruit::
