Mission: Ghost Hunting Season
Crew,
The away team have found the Vulcans and it is very strange, all of their heart beats are synchronized with pulsing of the organs in the cargo crate in their lab, so it reads as a single heart beat. How did this happen? How can we stop it? It is also discovered that the crewmember who dropped dead on the first Ghost Ship we came across died from an adrenaline overload, same as the ensign on the Aldrin. From where the hypo is, that crewmember did not administer it to himself, so perhaps the same can be said about the crew member on the Aldrin. The infant was totally drained of all energy, his brain turned to goo. Again, a lot of questions, but not enough answers.
On the Aldrin, the cargo crate is filled with plain ordinary raw matter and when put into a replicator the item that came out is also plain and ordinary. Which in and of itself is a question.
This week, we need to tow the Vulcan ship back to Vulcan and make sure that crate in their science lab is locked down better than they had it. Maybe that will break the connection and the Vulcans will be able to return to duty. On the Aldrin, we need to lock down our crate, even if it right now it appears to be ordinary, I don't trust it. Everyone needs to stay alert.
