USS Aldrin Game Plan

Crew,

On the far side of Vulcan, heading to Teller, we ran across a derelict. The ship is a newly commissioned pleasure cruiser and picked on Earth, Vulcan, Teller, and Andor before going to Risa and back again. It was top of the line in everything. Now it looks several centuries old and about to fall apart and there is no life signs on board when there should be close to 5000 souls on board between crew and passengers.

Hidden in the shadow of the cruiser was a single escape pod that looked brand new in every detail, and had the markings tagging it as belonging to the cruiser. We have tractored it aboard and found a mother and two daughters inside, all three terrified and hysterical and not trusting anyone or anything at the moment.

There is an away team on stand by, ready to go over there, once we learn a little more about what happened from this woman and her daughters. Medical and Security are with her now. We hope to have some answers.

On a side note, please leave the gossip for logs, which I would love to read, but while we have the Admiral visiting us, we should all be on our toes and not be lax in our duties. Thank you.
