Crew,

The first day was a headache for everyone as the delgates tested our security measures and to see just how far they could go. Some spent some time in the brig and many of those who were testing the limits were read the riot act by their planet's authorities and told to play nice and by the rules or the repercussions would be dire. So hopefully, as far as security goes, things will calm down...maybe.

It now the first night and we have a formal reception and dessert in Starlight Lounge. Everyone has to be there and has to be in dress uniform, security will also be tight, especially in other places of the ships in case those who attend send out those who aren't to try to test our measures again, even though they have been warned.

Dessert will be easy to eat while standing and talking, such a petite fours, cookies, brownies and blondies, bite sized pies and cakes, tarts, truffles, eclairs, cream puffs, etc as well as having the bar open for drinks, 100% synthol, we want no instances of the delegates getting real alcohol and causing issues.

Good luck to us all, and no, no one will be excused from this, all must attend.
