USS Aldrin Game Plan

Crew,

We are hosting a trade negotiation council on the Aldrin as we travel to the Alkalai System near Giama. They have found a new mineral reportedly more effective than Dilithium and we are sent into check out the claims, test them, and then negotiate. Other races will also be joining us in this and we are transporting them to this conference, including Ferengi, Klingons, and even a few Romulans under a diplomatic flag of truce, as well as the normal contingency of Vulcan, Betazoid, Bajoran, and even a few Orions from the Syndicate. Security will be running high and many of the trade negotiators will require constant security observation, we may even need to pull in extra personnel for this mission from other departments. We will be at high alert because of the passengers we carry, as well as some of their compatriots we are not carrying and their trying to set up diversions for us. So be ready for anything and all sensitive places on the ship will be sealed off from these diplomats. Good luck to us all.
