Mission: Where No One Has Gone Before
Crew,
Happy Holidays. Since Christmas is on Saturday, the 25th, we are going to celebrate Christmas on Monday, the 20th. For this party, we holding a ship wide Christmas Party, each duty shift will have it's own party, so everyone on Alpha is frhee for the party, and all from Beta is free for their party, etc, so since we are all on Alpha, you are required to be there. Engineers and Science from the History aspect have worked together to turn Paradise into a winter wonderland, complete with snow, frozen lake except where the waterfall meets the lake, so ice skating is possible, around the far side of the lake. In the gazebo is a giant Christmas tree all decked out and lights and garland is strung everywhere. And the plaza in front of the gazebo has been covered and heated with buffet tables filled will all kinds of goodies and treats, and smaller tables to eat. In a large, a very large pile by the Christmas tree is a pile of brightly wrapped gits without tags.
We are going to play "gift roulette" for sim. We will sit in a circle around the pile of gifts and draw numbers. Then the person with 1 goes first and picks any gift from the pile they want, unwrap it and display it in front of them. Person number 2 goes next and has the choice to "steal" the gift from one or open one of the wrapped gifts. If you gift is stolen, you get to either steal from someone else except the person who just stole from you or get a new gift. Each unwrapped gift can only be stolen twice, so the third person, keeps it and it can't be stolen after that. So come and enjoy food, drink, goodies, and gifts, but most of all fun.
