Lt Sineade Darnell, Ens Joy Tsuruchi, and Lt Flower Sheme
(Tinker, Thinker, and Thunder(?))
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade entered the torpedo room and quickly moved towards one of the weapons, pulling a screwdriver from her toolbelt, "I guess first thing first, open the casing, Right?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "Wait let me enter the anti-tamper code." she said fingers moving across the PADD in hang. "Ok should you be good." She said nervously.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade had stepped back to let Joy have access. "Sorry, guess I just want to get this done."
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "Don't blame you one wrong move we are grease spots in space. But we are going to be fine we are the best on this ship." giving her comrades a confident smile.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower waddled over to assist. “Hey Tinker what’s the first step?”
Lt Sineade Darnell "step one is to remove the main casing so we can access the guts of the beast," Sineade said as she began to remove the screws that held it in place. "If we were just setting the charge we could have used the smaller access panel, but... well.. you and Joy have another plan I hear."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”Well it’s actually Joy’s idea. So she should explain.
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "We are going to use it to disable temporarily the electronics of the Klingon ships, blinding them so we can mount a ambush of our own." Pauses a second, "maybe we should make two of them in case one isn’t enough." looking at flower.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower nodded, “Good idea Joy. We should always be ready for anything.”
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade looked over at another torp and nodded, "let's pull the other one close so we can work on both at the same time. Joy will supervise and Flower and I can get into the weapons." She glanced at the other women, "If that works for the both of you?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "I'm good with that. Let me just disarm the anti tamper on this one." moving to the closest one and working her magic. "ok this one’s ready to be cracked open Flower." dragging the cart with the torp on it closer
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”Just show me what to do. I hope you brought another set of tools. I can’t use yours without getting shocked. “
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Runs to a supply cabinet and grabbed a spare tool kit. "here."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower took the tools and looked at Sineade, “Okay Tinker, instruct the Protector,” she purred.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade held up the screwdriver in her hand, "Step one, get the cover off." She began to unscrew the casing carefully.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower followed the instructions carefully,
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Watches nervously
Lt Sineade Darnell Once the covers had been removed Sineade looked over to Joy, "Ok, what's next, Ensign?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "ok we need to remove the guidance boards so I can reprogram them and you two need to remove the war heads and reroute the torpedoes electrical systems to create the Electronic bursts."
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade nodded, "Removing the guidance board first. Gently pull the panel straight up, Flower." Sineade gripped the board in her torp and tugged it upwards, gently and slowly.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower gripped the panel carefully and lifted straight up, “Like this?”
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "Nice job Flower." Taking the guidance boards over to a nearby table.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade knew that that was the easy part. She took a deep breath. "Now carefully twist the locking ring on the warhead counter clockwise until it clicks." Sineade could feel her perspiration growing along her hairline.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower felt her fur start to bristle as she tried to do the task,
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Started working on programming the first guidance board
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade carefully turned the collar until she heard the distinctive click and then she carefully pulled it forward to release the warhead. "Flower, once it is unlocked, pull the collar forward until the warhead is free."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower pulled the collar gently to not drop it or use her claws.
Lt Sineade Darnell Glances over to Flower and gives her a smile, "you're doing great, Flower. Now, here's the fun part. Carefully slide the overhead sling under the warhead so we can lift it out."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower nodded as she helped out the best she could. “Remind me to soak my shoulders tonight Tinker.”
Lt Sineade Darnell "I'll probably need to join you," Sineade replied as she lowered the sling and shimmied it underneath the warhead ever so carefully.
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "I’ll buy both drinks later.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”Do we really want to give your brother more ammo against you. Before we came down here, he said he would start calling you Tinker Bell,” Flower purred.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade chuckled, "Perhaps we can remind him we happen to have a couple of spare warheads that could accidentally make their way into his quarters. Sean thinks he's such a comedian sometimes. And, Joy, if this works, I'm buying!"
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower was enjoying all the banter that she’s reminded of her academy days.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade stepped back from the torpedo before raising the warhead and glanced at Flower to see how she was doing. She ran her sleeve over her forehead to remove the beads of sweat that had formed. "What I really need is to find a nickname for him that he hates. So far I haven't had much luck."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”Well we do call helmsman Navigators. Maybe something along that line,” she felt her claws start to slip under the warhead.
Lt Sineade Darnell "But he's not helm, he's ops. What do you call them, besides obnoxious?" Sineade asked with a smirk.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”We call them Observers.”
Lt Sineade Darnell "Obnoxious Observer," Sineade laughed, "How appropriate for him." She looked over at Flower, "How are you doing with that sling?" Then she quickly looked over at Joy, "Once the warhead is out, do you know what we are going to put inside?"
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”Well you might find my original name funny. I used to be called Sweet Flowerpetal. But now I go by Fierce Flowerpetal.”
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "Fierce Flowerpetal nice FF for short? I don’t know....." Stops and thinks a second.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”My kind would call you a Thinker. “
Lt Sineade Darnell "A Tinker, a Thinker and a Fierce Flowerpetal," Sineade smiled, "I think Flower needs a 'T' nickname too!"
●● Lt. Flower Sheme ”Thunder Flower?”
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "not the worst thing I have been called." Joy smiled at Flower. Then it hit her. "We need anti matter!"
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade raised her eyebrows, "Just how much anti-matter are we talking? That stuff isn't easy to move!"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "about a 3-4 liters each." As she looked at the size of the warhead spot.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade frowned, "it's going to take me at least 10 minutes to siphon off that much. Flower, you stay here and keep prepping the torpedoes. Joy will tell you what to do."
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "Wait I have some in my lab already bottled." she said.
Lt Sineade Darnell "Why do you have antimatter in your lab?" Sineade said in surprise, "Never mind, I don’t think I want to know. How much do you have there?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "More than enough. And for your brother captain obvious. I'll be right back." she grinned.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "Are you sure you can carry that much with your back the way it is?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "silly that’s why we made transporters for."
Lt Sineade Darnell "Don't feed his ego calling him a captain, even if the name fits," Sineade said as she turned back to the torpedo she was working on and began to raise the warhead from the casing. "What other ingredients do we need for your recipe, Joy?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "that should be all. Other than connecting the Guidance boards to the trigger and setting it for a delay versus an impact."
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade looked at the torp for a second, "Hmm, I'll need to make a cradle of some sort for the antimatter container. It's considerably smaller than the warhead and I'm pretty sure we don't want it to get disconnected because of a loose fitting."
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "Good thinking! Can you whip something up while i run to my lab?"
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade nodded but stayed silent as she was already planning to use part of the storage system they had. All she had to do was add an adjustable strap to hold the container in place.
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi She hurried out of the room and down the corridor. "MAKE WAY!! COMING THRU!!"
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade pulled a couple of straps from a nearby storage bin, handing one to Flower, "Here, attach this to the cradle for the warhead the best you can. I think we can actually weave it under the cradle . This will hold it in place."
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Entering the turbolift and heading to Deck 12. "come on hurry up stupid lift."
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade worked on getting the strap into place so that it would hold the container in place, now all she needed was the antimatter container to make sure it would work. Taps her foot and looks to the door, "What is keeping her?"

Doors finally open and she runs down the hall skidding to a stop in front of her lab door. Entering and blowing past two assistants and heading to the storage cabinet. Throwing it open and started searching muttering to herself "Come on where are you!?!?"
Lt Sineade Darnell While she waited for Joy's return Sineade helped Flower get the strap in place on the second torpedo. "It's not perfect, but it will hold it long enough!"
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "I think it will also. After all Tinker helped "
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Finally finds what she is looking for. Grabs the bottles. Slaps her commbadge. "Emergency transport to aft torpedo bay."
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade chuckled, "I think you did just fine on your own." Hears a transport and turns to see Joy Beaming back into the room.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "You helped me,"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Huffs and puffs, "here you go." Holding out the two cylinders of anti- mater.
Lt Sineade Darnell "Only a little, Flower," Sineade said as Joy held out the cylinders. She took one and positioned it on the cradle and then wrapped the strap around it forming an 'X' to hold it steady. She pushed the locking collar into place. It wasn't as tight a fit as she would have liked, but she definitely didn't have time to redesign it. The collar clicked loosely into place. Sineade turned to Joy, "you ready to reinstall that panel?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "Yes." grabbing the guidance boards off the table and handed them one each.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade glanced over at Flower, "You ready or do you need a few seconds?"
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "I think I am okay. Haven't thrown out the back yet," Flower took the board carefully.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade nodded and took the board, "Okay then, straight in, don't try to push too hard." Sineade used both hands to slide the panel back into place.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower did as she was instructed, going straight in with the board, not going to fast or too hard,
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade let out a breath she hadn't realized she was holding and stepped back, "Joy, you should check it before we close the housing. After all, it's your baby."
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi She too let a breath unaware she was holding it in. "right." Grabbing the tricorder and scanned it. "Nice job ladies "OUR" babies are ready to fire." giving them a smile.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "We really make a good team. All of us,"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "yes we do. So who wants to tell House the torpedoes are ready?"
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "As it was your idea, you should. "
Lt Sineade Darnell "I'll let you ladies have that honor," Sineade said, "Right after I close up our patients." She picked up the casing cover and slid it into place and began to secure it. "By the time you get to the bridge, I'll be done and they'll be ready to lock and load."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower works on her casing cover, "You know your back wouldn't handle both. "
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Lends both a hand where she can
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade chuckled, "Thanks. And we do make a very great team. " Once the covers were secure the torps were moved back to the loading area where the computer would take over. "Ok, let's go give the Boss Man the good news then. After you, Ladies!"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Heads for the door. "I'm ready for a drink what about you two?"
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "We don't have time for a drink. Tell the commander I will be back on the bridge after I help Sineade back to engineering, "
Lt Sineade Darnell "what? No Drink? Slave driver!!," Sineade teased, "I think we can spare a few seconds to celebrate, we just won't tell the Commander!"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Giggles, "I’m game."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "Okay Thinker and Tinker,"
Lt Sineade Darnell "too bad it'll have to be replicated synthahol," Sineade said as she headed to the nearest replicator, "I'll make sure you get the real thing when we are off duty."
●● Lt. Flower Sheme How about we try a Terran drink called Root beer? " Flower suggested.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade giggled, "If that's what you want, that is what you shall have, Petal Girl." Looks at Joy, "And what about you? What's your pleasure?"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi "I'm good with synthahol for now." Grinning. "but real drinks later. Promise's?" Looking at both of them.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme "Just after our hour of torture. "
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade got a tankard of Root Beer for Flower and two mugs of Synthohol for Joy and herself. Holding her glass up to the other two, "Definitely! Here's to a great team. And If I haven't said it before now, Joy, it's great to have you back home!"
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Taking the tankard, and blushed, "it’s good to be home again. I missed you guys. Here's to us." offering a toast.
●● Lt. Flower Sheme Flower purred happily as she held her drink.
Lt Sineade Darnell Sineade nodded to the others as she brought her drink to her lips and tipped her glass.
● Ensign Oelh Joy Tsuruchi Takes a large sip of her drink.
