Crew,

This week sim is NOT a free sim. Just letting you know again. It is NEXT week that is the free sim, the week between Christmas and New Years. So this week we will be having our Christmas party.

We will be in Paradise, which is decked out to be a winter wonderland, with the lake frozen over and snow everywhere. The gazebo is heated and set up for dancing. There is a s'more making firepit with seating around it. A hot chocolate station where you can make your own blend of hot chocolate, with things like flavoring syrups, whipped cream, marshmallows, candy canes, etc. There are four kinds of hot chocolate pick from: Milk chocolate, Dark chocolate, White chocolate, and Mexican chocolate. (The Mexican chocolate is spicy, in a good way.)

Everyone can bring a single type of cookie for a cookie exchange. So you can do chocolate chip, sugar, snickerdoodles, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, etc. But only one kind as we have a lot of crew and everyone will want to bring a plate of cookies to share.

There will be snowman building, snowball fights, sledding, ice skating, dancing, and just sitting around talking. We are also having a Secret Santa gift exchange. You have all gotten the name of a crew member you have to provide a gift for. So bring the wrapped gift and place it under the decorated Christmas tree. Half way through sim, we will have the gift exhchange, where I will pick up a gift and tell who it is for. The person giving it can then tell what they got for that person and describe it, as long as it isn't too long, we have a lot to get through. And we might run over a little if we move too slowly.
