Crew,

We are facing down a Syndicate ship who believe they have Mardel and Daniel and the crew is in disarray. Mardel is standing at the back of the bridge, and since the Syndicate hasn't turned on visuals and we aren't going to until they ask for it, they are unaware that both Mardel and Daniel are on the bridge.

Kara was the one on the holodeck and she resisted the transport beam. And Christof was the one who was hit by the blast, not Daniel. In sickbay, Doctor Marlow is working to counter the poison from the Nassicans to save Pyle's life.

This week, we will finish dealing with the Syndicate. Will Mardel step in, or will she let Dean and Teaya finish dealing with them? We shall see. While she may not like it, Kara will have to go to sickbay and get checked out, as she was quite beat up and injured, just not as bad as Pyle.

Hopefully, we will be meeting our new Chief Engineer. She is still a mystery, but she is on the ship currently adjusting to a new life. When she posts her bio, please take a look at it as she is, like most of us, special. We will then head for Gamma Vertis IV.
