Crew,

Starbase 395 called us, pleading for help. They are also missing items and now people. And at the end of Monday's sim, security found a crewmember on the Aldrin missing, as well as more items. The other ships docked with the starbase are also experiencing this. So, we have a mystery on our hands. However, this is NOT like the ghost ship we tracked, nor is the same entity behind this mess. We just have to figure out who or what is and why and how.
So, the facts are, about 12 hours out from the Starbase, things started to go missing. That might be a clue.
At first it was things and then more and more things the closer we came to the Starbase. That might be a clue.
All the ships around and docked with the starbase are experiencing the same thing as the Starbase. That might a clue.
The Command Crew of the Starbase is starting to vanish, in face, only the XO and chief Medical officer are left of the command team of the Starbase, everyone else has gone missing from the CO to science to ops to tac/sec to engineering. That might be a clue.
Also none of the missing items make it dangerous to the ships or station or crews. That might be a clue.
Scans of the area come back inconclusive.....whatever that means. That might be a clue.
So, what do all these clues add up to? If you can figure it out, you have solved the mystery and we can get the things and people back.
