They are not to blame themselves of failure of duty or failing to stop the Fury. I was only hoping to slow it down so that Admiral Sylver could track it. Everyone needs to know that. And they need to believe it. Because it happens to be true.

From some of the comments I heard while in sickbay, many are still not believing it. That is why I want Dean to also let the crew know, so it isn't just the counselor saying it. And I've said it. We need all of us united on this.

No one, of any race, could have withstood it in it's normal form, and you all gave it your best and slow it down enough for Admiral Sylver to tack it. You all succeeded, no one failed. ++Shipwide++ This is Captain House. I want everyone to stop what you are doing, or at the least listen and take a breath. You all need to know that there was nothing that we could do to stop this. If you want to place blame on someone, blame the Fury. Not yourselves. Never blame yourselves for this. The ones hurt, or lost. If it had not been for all of you it could have been even worse. She just said it but I'll reitterate how proud it is to have all of you and what you've done, always done.

Laying blame on yourself and all the could of, should of's will not change what this was. we are very fortunate to to have not lost more crew than we have. As I have spoken to most, I will expect you to keep appts and if not I will come looking for you and I am sure that is not what either of us want. You are the best crew to have ever graced this ship and I am proud to call you all my family.
some are going to need more convincing than others but lets hope this does some good.
